Mapping the game onto a tier list is just like, short cutting so much context that is important in the game

Sub rogue competes with some of the OP pecs in dungeons but literally nobody actually knows or cares about this fact

OUtlaw was v op for a week or two on beta, then it got nerfed, but so did eveyr other spec in the entire game so who knows where it lands
