TLT Outlaw is actually split into two specs - Duelist (tank, dual-wield bigger 1h weapons, dodgy, luck manipulation), and nu-Outlaw (guns, more guns, even more guns, and also luck manip because Fatebound now only exists for Duelist and Outlaw, with Assa getting a new hero tree it shares with nu-Outlaw). Duelist is mostly old Combat-adjacent in terms of play (Bandit's Guile is back but defensive and more like luck waning and waxing), Outlaw is still Outlaw with Restless and all that.
Tinker is also a thing, and introduces 1h guns (there's basic models for them in the game anyway, like ten or so), which Tinker uses for all specs and nu-Outlaw uses also.

I would like to retract several of my negative criticisms about the outlaw rework. After much testing, I find it enjoyable, with each action and talent choices feeling more impactful. While not perfectly balanced, Im kind of hopeful that there will be better build variety. Also, with the slower cadence, pvp feels more calculated and less button mash.
