When I run a +10, there are usually people with worse gear than me who are performing the same or close to the same DPS. Yesterday I was beaten in DPS by a demon hunter with ilvl 703. And I just feel like I should be able to do more with my ilvl 723.
My DPS is usually around 5-6 million. 7 million if I get a really good streak going. Is that reasonable for ilvl 723? Or should I be doing more than that? Or is the problem maybe that Outlaw Rogues are just that much worse at doing damage than, for example, Demon Hunters?

it's an extremely stupid bug
it's basically because repeated coin flips have a small delay, and using bte in the middle causes them to get fucked up, it's not necessarily a bad thing unless you dont have lucky coin and it skips over lucky coin

It's not necessarily bad, it's just all rogue specs are annoying/difficult in their own way
Sin is probably the easiest, but depending on restealths/pulls, you'll have to do a fair amount of multidotting
Outlaw and sub are harder but in different ways
Sub you gotta line up CDs, outlaw you gotta manage keeping Adr up as long as possible

thats basically the only thinking part of the gameplay and a simple weakaura can do that job for you
you can either use a weakaura for it or use hekili for it. with hekilil you can just disable the main primary bar and just use the major cd bar. OR you can just disable every spell but RtB and KiR
if you want to get to the knitty gritty of it, get a weakaura that will tell you when to vanish too
in M+ you really dont have to think much of it or plan it out, but in ST raid fights sometimes you gotta time the Vanish ->AR+GS combo

Not sure about you guys but on NA servers it’s pretty grim. Barely anyone around. No player base. Same old story for bugs. Had a 22 gambit key we stuck in the orb to begin run and bubble bugged never dropped. Instant brick. Class balancing is so lopsided it’s insane. Not even sure outlaw is the worst out of the classes. If you think this game will be playable in Feb next year, that’s a pipe dream. You might be able to login, but it’s going to royally disappoint. Maybe you can sit in your new house instead of playing.

from going to 0 rating to 2.6k and did all 10+
in a week just bm hunter
is that a key can be saved if atleast 1 person is able to do 10m + aoe and atleast 4.5m overall in low keys (ranges 7-10)
and assuming the 2nd dps isnt dog shit
and given that bm hunters are op i was able to fit that role 10 ilvls below the regular ilvl for that dps
