outlaw is the most nonchalant spec out there. majority of the time you dont have to plan your cds, just pop them when ever how ever cuz of restless blades. mind you this is majority of the time not 100% of the time. unlike other specs
Dont worry about dps wise in raiding. if you're not in the top 5 guilds I think odds are you can safely play Outlaw in raids. The higher the number rank the better shot of you playing outlaw in raids
so like if you're in the top 500 guild you can play outlaw in raids and it wont matter

So I broke down the crest system next expansion
obviously, things subject ot change, incomplete knowledge etc
but
Our knowledge of the current system indicates that it will take 5 weeks to get 4/6 Hero in every slot and 10 weeks to finish with Heroic(runed) crests. It indicates that with no 2/6 or higher myth drops (such as m+ only players or players who have to take items from their m+ vault), it will take about 22 weeks to be maximum ilvl for the season. For reference, season 2 of TWW was 22 weeks long. Taking an item from your m+ track will feel very, very, very bad. You’ll need to do extensive simming each week to figure out what to upgrade with your crests, you’ll be incentivized to be weaker early by hoarding crests, and the relative strength between a high end raiding guild and low end raiding guild will be much, much wider.

escalating blades is the actual stacking buff that when you are at 4 you can press coup

it is a difficult spec to pick up fresh and has a haste stat requirement at max level to really get into the proper gameplay
#outlaw-faq has everything u need for all of this tho
if u mean while leveling rogue leveling is terrible, especially earlier on and all the specs r pretty bad so just play whatever feels fun for u
id recommend starting with an HO build as thats the closest ur gunna get to "easy mode" for outlaw but we dont really have any easy mode builds right now

Dungeon levelling is going to be rough on any rogue spec though in the sense that you’ll feel useless outside of bosses maybe
