the problem with our mastery is usually that it doesn't scale with whatever recent thing they have added to the class via tier, azerite, or other borrowed power, but any weakness can just be overcome with a shitload of tuning.
lately mastery has just been left suspiciously undertuned perhaps even moreso than the tiers where you could blame borrowed power
