Many addons share libraries between them (usually Ace*something in their lib folder like AceEvent etc). Those are only "imported" once by the first addon which needs them (or the one with the highest version of it), but if any addon uses that library then only the addon which imported the library will be blamed. Usually it's some addon which is early alphabetically which ends up importing (such as B)
