There is once again a bug that lets you spam Slice and Dice during downtime for CDR. It works by causing SnD to refund CPs as if it benefits from Supercharger.

To activate the bug have to consume Supercharger once normally with RTB > finisher, and then SnD will bug out until your next damaging finisher, so you can spam a cancelaura macro while it is bugged. From 1CP, SnD will have an 80% chance to refund CPs so you can't spam it forever. To activate it between pulls, you have to delay RTB until towards the end of the pack. This can mean that trying to activate the bug can cost you more dps than it's worth.

The bug is not a secret to 7 million overalls, it can mostly just help you get AR back through periods of forced downtime. You can also use it prekey to try to spam RTB for a natural 5 roll.

Outlaw itself is very fun, kir particularly is cool, crackshot ace etc the core is nice, especially now with double vanish
New ks is alright, it should just be shorter and do prio damage so you don't feel bad pressing it but it still feels good to press.
Huge issue is hero talents being the worse hero trees in the game
Fb tier is how fb should have played from the start, without that tier it's literally not an hero tree that's real, you never proc the capstone.
Fb damage profile is terrible and need to be fixed, it cannot stay like it is rn where you lose infinite prio in AOE
Trickster is way too overloaded with shit you need to do but don't wanna do (mainly just the whole ub gameplay that forces SS when you don't wanna SS, so you end up overcapping fth or cps or losing fth stacks)
Bunch of other small complaints about trickster as well just making the whole tree clunky
Overall idk the spec is fine, nothing it's good at tho, the st is very average, the prio damage is bad, the AOE is low/average, you are target capped etc
