I feel like I am really struggling atm with this new 2Pc, where on a dungeon basis I'm averaging a 74% uptime. I feel like this is so low, and I really don't know how to resolve this issue. I feel as if I am following the rules surrounding RtB, Vanish, KIR and UB, but I guess I am not. Can anyone provide pointers? I put up a log review last night!

Im a really casual player im just now starting to work on improving so ik my pov isnt great but is outlaw's ST just terrible rn?
for example i copy ST build from method for outlaw and i have 35% vers 20% haste, ideal for outlaw and not so much for assassin right? i sustain 1.8M-2M on a single dummy ST.. single button assistant sustains 1.6M.
I swap to assassin, a spec ive never played, and use some daggers that arent enchanted and a lil lower than my outlaw maces, and my stats are bad for ass.. and i use assistant and sustain 2.5M dps+ on the same dummy easily..
ik outlaw is really RNG but even with good rolls the ST feels so mid.. and AOE in dungeons isnt like... insane either i have some nice moments where I can keep 7M-9M going for a while but i aint hitting those numbers i see from hunters and such

from the pins, :item_trinket_screams: Scream of a Forgotten Sky I only recently learned that Outlaw can actually proc this trinket, on single target it looks fine but it depends on kill timer. On shorter fights like <4 minutes it falls short of our main trinkets, though in longer fights it can be bis. In aoe, the lack of mainstat hurts it, so it does not look notable in keys so far.
