you dont really use slice and dice, it is automatically casted by dispatch. sometimes you refresh it between pulls or when out of range

when you press KIR, your buffs are essentially locked in and cannot be rolled away by the next roll
so you KIR 4 buffs, and then you roll. you might get one of the buffs you are missing, or you might get a buff you already have, but either way it is worth to roll once for supercharger
