with the new tier set, the RTB rules are like this:

-you roll with 0 buffs
-you roll with 1-2 buffs and Loaded Dice (talent) is activated
-you roll once immediately after KIR, because you won't lose any buffs

you don't continue to roll after KIR, cause after the first roll you will start to lose buffs

so, you KIR 4 buffs, then you roll. you might get a buff are missing, or a buff you already have, but either way, it is worth for supercharger

you said KIR pushes buffs 'into a container'... it's not exactly like that. it's more like, when we press roll the bones, we gain a secret buff that is 30-39s long, this is the "container buff".

when we press KIR, all your buffs are extended, but the container is not. so your buffs are like 60s and the container stays where it was. and the mechanic is that when your buffs are literally longer than the container, they don't get rerolled

2. the rules last tier were based around the probability of rolling a 5 buff which would override all your kir buffs, but now the chances of a 5 buff are so low, it doesnt change the rotation

like last tier, if you kir a 5 buff and roll, you might just get a 5 buff again, which would undo your entire kir

but now it doesnt matter, you just kir and roll and get what you get

some people put modifiers on their mouse(like zac) some people ignore one type of modifier entirely cuz they dont like it
