About breaking old tier

Fatebound will use new 2pc immediately and break the old 4pc, and then you will play Fatebound on at least the ST/low cleave bosses.

Trickster will probably not break the old 4pc unless ilvl difference is extreme. You can ask top gear, and remember to add a talent loadout with Loaded Dice.

If you are still playing the HO build, you do want to get ~19% haste including flask so you can break tier and play KIR. Yes it sucks, this is how Outlaw is until they change it.

If you are stuck with 2pc/2pc then choosing between Fatebound and Trickster is kind of awkward cause Fatebound will be extremely far ahead on ST (like >15%). You might consider using Fatebound everywhere until 4pc.

Rule reminders

Remember that Fatebound has different Vanish rules than Trickster. You are trying to hold Vanish until Ruthless Precision or Supercharger becomes active. Of course you still send Vanish if you would lose AR or if you are about to overcap charges.

• For Fatebound, Killing Spree has higher priority than Vanish but you don't try to hold Vanish if KS is up soon.

Also remember that Trickster tries to send Coup de Grace at normal CPs but you send it early if you would otherwise have to build with SS. This is still true after tier, so both the first and second casts of Coup would follow this optimization.

A properly geared Outlaw's stat volume will look like Vers > Haste* > Crit > Mastery.

*But Haste has a **requirement ** because Adrenaline Rush scales your GCD based on haste, up to 25%.

The KIR build wants ~19% haste from rating, so it becomes 25% after Alacrity. 18% or 20% is close enough and not a problem. Don't play KIR with lower than 18% haste.

The HO build gets Take 'em by Surprise, so its haste requirement is technically ~9%., but it continues to want haste just for energy. You will likely optimize towards 14-18% haste, not a strict number, just sim.

You need to use Raidbots Top Gear to determine what haste pieces to use. You can also get ~4.2% haste from a flask. This can be equal or better than Vers flask if you need it for either build.

it depends on when you vanish in relation to her abilities too. For instance if you vanish right before she splits into fakes she will disappear but if you vanish right after the split it's ok
