@tall wedge you think you could update the ub tracker for the new tier? if you dont have the time i could prolly do it myself it shouldnt be much. The tier set gives you a 35% chance to proc a second ub anytime you consume one. that seocnd ub is also quite a bit delayed, first ub is around 250ms after the initial ss press, and the second is after the first one so another 250ms or more (can sometimes come as late as 1s afer the initial ss tho)
