New ks is good cause it doesn't kill you and it's guns so thats cool, it's a very long channel tho which most people aren't happy about, you are still allowed to defensives or sprint grapple during it, can't kick tho but you can always cancel it
St and prio is much worse than on live
Overall damage still is somewhat ok with raid buffs, nothing exceptional
Tier set gives more cdrr than current tier set so it's easier to maintain adr it feels

back in df we looked at outlaw without raid buff, that was the baseline, you played outlaw in vdh comps, if it was good in these comps it was good in these comps, apparently now you only are allowed to play outlaw in a comp of 5 other bad specs to buff you
