There is once again a bug that lets you spam Slice and Dice during downtime for CDR. It works by causing SnD to refund CPs as if it benefits from Supercharger.

To activate the bug have to consume Supercharger once normally with RTB > finisher, and then SnD will bug out until your next damaging finisher, so you can spam a cancelaura macro while it is bugged. So to activate it between pulls, you have to delay RTB until towards the end of the pack. This can mean that trying to activate the bug can cost you more dps than it's worth.

The bug is not a secret to 7 million overalls, it can mostly just help you get AR back through periods of forced downtime. You can also use it prekey to try to spam RTB for a natural 5 roll.
