It's apparently still worth to cancel Killing Spree. Surebud

Assuming standard KIR levels of haste (~19%). Super minimal, but the idea is there and it absolutely feels better to play. You let KS build you to 7cp then you cancel it with a finisher.

Frankly I didn't expect it to still be a thing after the buff. You lose about 21% total KS shots but you gain about 8 globals over 5 minutes. I will have to dig into it a little more to see if it is specifically Supercharger that is creating the difference or not. Anyway it's a preliminary local sim but figured it was worth the update.
