A dagger offhand is technically like 0.2% better than a slow weapon because it generates more 
Instant Poison procs. That is the only difference, 
Fatal Flourish proc rate is normalized to be unaffected by the change in attack speed. Note that item level or stats will matter more than this quirk, or you can simply use a slow weapon anyway for transmog.

(rtb and blade flurry before pull) > stealth > AR > ghostly strike if talented > BTE
now you are in a stealth window for 6 seconds so you have to build CPs and only spend them with BTE
after your first stealth window you build into killing spree
then you build into Vanish BTE and enter stealth window again
& dont forget to RTB if you need to RTB, even during stealth

IF you are playing the keep it rolling build, then bf will build combo points in aoe though, so in that case you do build cps with it as priority in aoe
you also dont ks on cooldown because you dont use ks inside stealth, outside of stealth it is the priority finisher though

Create a bind for your trinkets on its own imo and get used to that if you break stealth with trinket you don’t get crackshot

it also has a very easy builder priority, just ambush (if available) > opportunity (if you cant ambush) > ss
the kir build has a complicated rtb rule and a more difficult builder priority based on current cps and buffs

but just be aware that KS and Coup have priority
