i think getting in on a Mug'zee kill is an obvious advantage. my understanding is that the whistle trinket bugs out in various places. you can sim to find out how much value each of these different items bring. droptimizer has cartel chip items, and you can also manually add them at whatever ilvl to top gear

i think trickster loop is borked now, ks is 2x the cd so you get less garanted ub, but the rest of ub is rng and you are forced to press ss without knwoing you have ub ready or not, which we obviously cant do, ks cast is way too long, feels better when you cancel i early tho
