On reset, the belt is getting tuned. Assuming they follow through with it:

1. Charged Bolts is basically dead. It might be a marginal dps increase, but considering it hits random targets, breaks stealth and CC, there's little point in using it.

2. Charged Crystal or Critical Chain are the two choice now, they should be a marginal dps gain (< 1%). Crystal should be slightly favored on ST while crit gets better in AoE.

It is also feasible to still use a 684 belt especially if you need one with haste.

Example sims with 694 belt (ST, Dslice)
