one time use crests can be used to get slightly ahead, but they are the worst and not very useful crests anyway
additionally the keys from the vendor turned into gray items when the season changed as well

spell queue you should play whatever you prefer; I play 400 I know some other people here play 400 and a bunch of people play 250
but outlaw is v fast so a lot of new outlaw players just don't keep up with the constant 0.8s gcd especially when they have to use ogcds

spellqueue doesn't matter it's not going to affect your dps unless it's too low (e.g. below 100)

Pre-key fuckery
- RTB as you enter the dungeon to get 2 Supercharger stacks.
- DO NOT RTB again inside the bubble as you will lose the supercharger stacks, similarly do not AR early inside the bubble or you will lose the combo points.
- After the bubble drops use RTB again (now at 4 stacks of Supercharger).
- Before entering the first pack BF into Stealth.
- Open on pack with AR into BtE.

I find some trash to KS first, vanish then rtb, since you can take a few stacks of the non icd escalating blade into the key as well let's you get the first coup out faster
It's a bit min max tho and isn't really needed just SC stacks is fine
