Yeah, this was a problem back with coup bug, too - so we just skipped picking KS because bug was so strong
if u could have 3 unseen blades with 2 available and still be able to vanish
because u wont "waste" any blades during it since u can keep stacking unseen up to 8
that would feel lovely
reducing or changing 2set or increasing kspree cd will also help the problem
albeit in a way thats technically a "nerf" until they give that power back somewhere
but thats when tuning is happening

Testing a bit more on the PTR, I feel like if we could build more than 4 stacks of the coup buff, and have coup remove 4 and leave the rest, it would unclog our rotation greatly and remove a bunch of unnecessary gotchas like low CP finishing to not overcap
Biggest problem is that we have to go KS -> finisher -> build with SS a couple times -> coup -> coup before we can go into a vanish to avoid overcapping it
Or have KS actually trigger the unseen blades until you're at 4 (without overcapping) so we either go KS -> coup coup or get out of KS with no procs to go and can safely vanish

When thereโs no design space left, throwing more people at it wonโt help.
Too many specs within the same role and class take up a huge amount of design space, yet contribute very little to actual gameplay variety.
Take 3 types of mages , they do have very distinct mechanics, and basically throwing different colored projectiles
but in reality, players just play whichever spec is strongest.

Iโm at work but I had a quick glance. You could be utilising subterfuge windows a lot better. Youโre using dispatch a lot, priority out of subterfuge should be KS (if safe)

There is a !log command where people might come and check, I don't really have time for more than a quick glance but you have an extremely low amount of killing spree, which means low amount of coup and a lot of cdr loss
Afaik wowanalyzer works well enough for your build so you can get some easy feedback from that (take it with a grain of salt if it goes against what you read in the FAQ, idk how perfect it is)

It looks like you tend to sinister strike too much when you could pistol shot or ambush with procs and I'm not sure you always rtb when you had less than 4 buffs

Gameplay wise not sure, might be a bit less energy starved during lows since you play HO GS but I believe you have the required amount of haste for it to be playable (to lower gcd during AR)

So might actually be fine with his haste, though only sim can answer that
Also, idk if you have access to it, but you could probably get capo offhand, and switch to it on bosses in m+ (cudgel doesn't reset with vanish on bosses, because they keep you in combat)

Adrenaline Rush scales your GCD based on haste, up to 25%.
The
KIR build wants ~19% haste from rating, so it becomes 25% after
Alacrity. 18% or 20% is close enough and not a problem. Don't play KIR with lower than 18% haste.
The
HO build gets
Take 'em by Surprise, so its haste requirement is technically ~9%., but it continues to want haste just for energy. You will likely optimize towards 14-18% haste, not a strict number, just sim.
You need to use
Raidbots Top Gear to determine what haste pieces to use. You can also get ~4.2% haste from a flask. This can be equal or better than Vers flask if you need it for either build.
There is no haste if you come from kingsbane

I believe he did based on what he wrote. -30s CDR on AR once per lucky coin would be horrible, but -30s base cd reduction while the lucky coin is up doesn't feel too rewarding either. And GS already has very high uptime so that part buffs target swaps mostly I suppose?

yeah I don't see that happening often, unless the buffed Edge Case from 2p is better than it looks (but you only get that once per AR cycle anyway). But also, because AR doesn't even pandemic, what do you get by being able to start new AR cycle a few seconds faster if you could proc the -30s a couple times (assuming you wouldn't drop it)? It's just for the max CP at that point, or it might allow you to recover some more vanish

Yeah - but you can just add a cancel aura stealth macro for the buff so that it's never up while you're in stealth to deal with it

For your first point, I assume it's going to work like it does currently, you can have 2 UB from KS and 1 from regular attacks, I expect the one from the regular attacks to be the one reset by 2p
