Charged Bolts appears to break you out of stealth (needs more confirmation)- Charged Bolts procs on completely random targets
Charged Crystal (split aoe proc) is undersimming in aoe
Based on this and fixed local sims, Charged Crystal is now the recommended choice for keys while Charged Bolts is for raid.

They should differentiate between buff/debuff tracking that's related to encounter design and tracking that's tied to DPS rotations.
The latter should still have API support so players can build their own stuff
I don’t believe they can make something better than what we have now, and honestly, doing your own HUD is part of the fun.

Hey so - since Outlaw rotation is so dependent on GCD, won't the new 1 button rotation (with increased GCD) just sort of implode on itself into a fire of bad? Does Blizzard know/understand this? The exact thing they are putting into place to train newbies and help people is actually detrimental to a whole spec's rotation -- absolutely baffling. Mischievous, and deceitful. Chicanerous, and deplorable.

You should just sinister strike and ambush more. You will get procs I promise to kir eventually, the draughts are never that crazy, sometimes your keeping it rolling right away, it evens out.

if you roll 2 you're not super upset since you get to keep rolling for infinite cp
