The KIR build wants 18-20% haste from rating, because its only haste buff is from Alacrity.

The HO build meets this requirement with 8-10% haste from rating because of Take 'em by Surprise, but the new HO + Supercharger build continues to like Haste just because of energy, so you will have to sim. Your sim may settle for KIR-levels of haste (~18%) or slightly lower.

You need to use Raidbots Top Gear to determine what haste pieces to use.
You can also get ~4.2% haste from a flask. This can be equal or better than Vers flask if you need it for either build.

about this. It seems the sim can sometimes KS but the low cp vanish condition hits mid KS and then misses the vanish to keep AR up entirely.

I don't know if this happens enough for any optimizations but during play it feels impactful enough on the odd occasion it does happen that it may have been worth holding the KS a little longer.
