Macroing gs is relatively "ok", be aware that it wont ever be entirely optimal: target swapping in m+ or putting it on a dying target for example. You can macro it to all your abilities.

Stance swap delay is, for now, not an issue since we don't want to cast vanish into ambush anymore.
