Turbo Boost Stuff

For Outlaw specifically, Capo's Molten Knuckles is the main thing to get from Dinars. Even a heroic one is your bis offhand on bosses.

• After Capo, you can go for different spec options, or go for mythic trinkets like Geargrinder, Magnet, Pacemaker, or Whistle depending on their availability to you. Eye of Kezan is also situationally bis in keys if you can keep it stacked without downtime/dying.
• If you somehow get access to mythic Gally's Iron Thumb then it is the bis offhand in raid, not in keys though.

Weapon swapping to the Nightfall Cudgel offhand on M+ packs should still be 1-1.5% ahead of any possible offhand, including heroic Capo or 684 weapons. If you get mythic Capo then it should just be your mainhand.
