ok so just a few things to start:

your haste is extremely low, so you'll be suffering energy problems massively, having 4.8k haste stat is going to hurt, even when playing HO SC or KIR.

Obviously your gear needs significant work being 624, you are using 2 set from last tier and dont have current 4set for this tier so that will reflect how low the dps is atm, no worries there. Once you get proper gear you should see some numbers, HOWEVER:
-
Because you dont have 4set, you will have significant issues benefitting from our gameplay for this season which revolves around Sleight of Hand, as we are rerolling RTB on cd until we hit a 5 natty buff (5 RTB buffs from roll). You need 4set to help compound this strongly. And since you are playing HO SC, that is more important than ever (your low haste is making you energy starved as well for sure). And lower uptime on your RTB buffs mean you are having lower uptime on good buffs that help with CDR, and your ADR uptime drops dramatically as a result: hence why your ADR uptime of 50% is present here (it should be 90%+ leniently).
- Your rotation needs significant work and improvement, you opened from stealth, but you used ADR after pressing ambush twice at opener, and used Killing Spree during subterfuge: Start here with the basics https://discord.com/channels/124169701881282560/1276307559061524652
Read up on the opener, when to use killing spree (outside of stealth/subterfuge only), and how to manage your subterfuge windows. You aren't taking advantage of crackshot properly.

to give you a ballpark number, changing GS to CTO was like 4-5% single target loss for me but a gain in aoe, and overall they were equal. CTO somewhat fixes your bad rolls, GS can be a bit annoying to play around (or you just macro it to everything but you don't always get full benefit)
