The in-game sound is good, your cp bar also get full obviously

But that Faded Championship ring does have haste on it
and outlaw has a haste requirement
so might have to adjust the rest of your gear with the missing haste

KIR strictly requires 18-20% haste and then it falls off immediately
HO requires 8-10% technically but continues to like haste a lot for energy, not a magic number, so you will probably optimize somewhere between 14-18% based on your gear options and raidbots evaluation
