Just so everyone’s aware: as of patch 11.1.5 today, Blizzard no longer allows the AddOn profiler to be disabled and has stated that it has no performance impact. However, many players are once again experiencing stuttering and lower FPS. Believe what you will.

Does anyone else seem to have the issue that the Turbo-Drain 5000 out sims basically anything else on Raid or M+? I have a 665 Heroic Turbo-Drain 5000 that out sims everything but full 678 Mythic in both slots. If something is this BIS, why wouldn't it at least make an appearence in some of the Outlaw Rogue guides. The wowhead article doesn't even mention it.
