So I just started to main rogue, made it to lvl 20. Not very long playing him, but I’m playing Assassination, thought about playing outlaw. Is it easier to deal with the APM of the outlaw, or keeping up with dots on the assassin??

I would stay assa or sub for most of your leveling

you can spend some time trying out outlaw though

mixing it up makes the leveling experience more fun for sure

but outlaws kit doesnt work very well while leveling

it has a lot of energy issues and missing mechanics that kinda make the spec function

in terms of whats easier at endgame? Its definitely subjective and both specs have their nuances but assa is less punishing if you make mistakes than outlaw is

you lose a lot more dps making mistakes as outlaw than you do as assa

Outlaw is one of the most unique classes in the game at endgame, for better or worse. Once you hit 80 I'd say give it a try, but it can be tough starting out to get the gear needed for it and like Mewo said, can be very hard to pick up at the start
