Any idea if you have to have to hidden appearance transmogged in order to get the “while using this appearance” unlocks?

The way some of the pvp or dungeon ones are worded makes it seem like you have to be using the appearance to unlock them

I believe the one you are looking for is 200 WQ. You already got a base skin unlocked so you don't need to get dreadblades
