so first you need to have the lamp that lets you pickpocket the coins of air, then you need the class hall research that lets you get the coins from the table missions then just start pickpocketing mobs in suramar. then turn in the coin and hope you get the mask

ADVICE:
When I look at this mog I can see the potential. There are, like you said, a few hickups in the mog. There are some known combos that could make this mog work tho. A lil mix around, with the current items and sets used, can do a lot. Keeping the mog mostly the same, I would suggest using the boots from the same set as the belt. Wrathful shoulders are a nice combo with the thunderfury appearance and keep also match with the yellow jewel on the gloves. That would only leave the mask as the last problem. Mythic Sanctum DH helmet could work, Mythic cowl of fright, dread combatant helmet (if you can look past the clipping), fearless gladiator helmet (horde). Items and sets that could work with this mog; BFA dungeon leather (the red/gold version), Wrathful gladiator, Portal keeper cincture (normal version), Wild Gladiator's Ironskin Armor (Horde Recolor) or other Warlords pvp sets, Mythic Barbed assassin, Vestments of the Seven Sacred Seals (Mythic Recolor), Featherflight Belt (normal). Pretty much a huge items/set pool to choice from. An example how this could work out;

the broken shore quest line does count accountwide once you have completed it.
but there is an other achievement from the broken shore which you have to do with every class, the „champion of legionfall“ where you get an additional follower for your mission table.
takes like 10-20 minutes only so no big deal.

Always good to start with actual full sets (found in your Appearance tab Shift+P). A lot of the complete sets have great items that you can mix-and-match, and focusing on one set at a time means you're focusing on one dungeon/raid.

It's a slow start but a start nonetheless, just need to build your inventory.

Im playing since many years and still havent gotten all full sets.
but when you farm old raids for them you also get a lot of other stuff.
and most raids have different mode like heroic, normal or mythic with different appearances.
It can be a bit overwhelming at start, try to prioritize a few raids and just run them regularly.

If you 100% want to keep the swords/shoulders/swords/backpack (I think you do). I'd suggest doing something like below (something I put together as an example). Those 4 items are already "big on the eyes" in terms of focus points in the mog. Adding a few "simple" items would work. Just add the gloves and boots from the same set as the helmet, get the easy to obtain chest and legs (starting zone) add a cata belt with a red sphere on it, and you got an OK-ish looking mog. When you are using these 4 items together, it will be more of a "flex" mog than a super aesthetically pleasing mog. So using some "simple" choices on the mog will bring it together. Not saying this mog will win you any mog contest, but it's probably in the right direction of making these 4 items work together based on the "mog fundamentals". Plus, since you said you don't have the chest from the doomblade set, farming legion for the gloves and boots is always a good idea since Legion has some great mog!
