It’s not a quest, it’s an event that spawns one of 7 rares, one of them has a chance to drop a quest item that gets the backpack
It’s pretty hard to get, the event must be done exactly one way for the correct rare to spawn, so people can troll it quite easily or do it in a way to get another rare. Plus, there’s a world quest that spawns there that is doing the same event. So people are just trying to finish wq as fast as possible, making it impossible to get the correct rare to spawn on the days the wq is active

Reds are far closer and easier to drop in so you always have way too many reds and not enough yellows and blues

Did you pvp last season? The unchained gear has the exact same colour tone as the metal used in the weapons. If not, it might be a hard one since this is again a "new" tone of gold blizzard introduced. I almost feel like they get a new person in charge of designing weapons/armour every expansion and the previous person was too salty to share the old hexcodes from the previous expansion. Every expansion they add some really nice items/armour which sadly are again a slightly diff tone of "whatever colour" and impossible to match perfectly. BUT i could have a look for you but a good starting point would be the unchained pvp gear from last season

Pvp vendors always carry gear mixed up with off pieces from other classes pvp sets. You get the full gladiator set when you unlock the same pieces of the elite set

Yeah, like in me head what if using that detect ability that's only use in ages has been to spam during corruption in BFA, use it to find a hidden NPC who wants to steal something he then leads you on a chain where you steal a disguise from someone then leads you to ToP where you have to stealth by guards to steal one of his hooks. The whole thing ends with you helping the dude and keeping the hook as a glyph
