Hello guys! I wanted to start farming the old legion artifact transmog, particularly interested in some of the rogue assassination ones. Is there a way to check at what point of the whole questline I'm stuck at and what I've got to do next? Thank you in advance!
Actually, I'll try to be more helpful: I'm interested in the 1st and 3rd tints of the 3rd appearance:
It says I've got to complete the "Balance of Power" questline to unlock the first tint of the 3rd appearance
in Suramar, but I don't see it?

You are then able ot unlcok 2nd, 3rd, and 4th after getting the questline, through the lised achievements.
For the third appearence, you'd have ot be good at mythic + or find a carry.

It says that in order to be able to start "Balance of Power" I need to have completed my class Hall Campaign in its entirety.
This is a list of the lasts quests of the campaign:
I have checked with a script and I have completed all of them except the last 2
but the last 2 are marked by the wiki as obsolete and impossible to complete
I can't find them where they should be

If you want to double wield the artifact appearance, you select it from the "legion ..." option in the dropdown menu (main hand) and not from the sword option. This way it will auto mog the off-hand in that appearance as well. Take note, that you cannot mog your main hand (and thus your off-hand) into a different weapon type.

Have you checked the google drive link in the pins?
The biggest advice I can give regarding transmog; always start working on a mog yourself and then when you are stuck, ask for advice. Creating your own mog and then farming it is a way better feeling than just simply copying a mog. This doesn't mean you can't use other mogs as an inspiration of course.
So @deep helm get some inspiration from the google drive, work on your own mog, let us know/see what you made (wowhead dressingroom) 👍🏻💪🏻!

If you unlocked the actual tier piece, no. You have to get the non class specific pieces that shares the same appearance as the tier.

plus in pvp you stack mastery and on pvp dagger there is no mastery. you do a lil bit more burst with a slow offhand.

If you are mogging MAIN-HAND Golad needs to be active
If you are mogging OFF-HAND Tiriosh needs to be active
Change the active dagger by right clicking its picture in the appearance menu.

Xavier's shoulders is an enigma. Looks cool, very rare drop (got it to drop twice), not very compatible to mog with as many people tried and failed. So now it collects dusts. Almost never used as if you've never unlocked it in the first place.
Maybe in the future where we have more choices and hope a similar texture with those colors are used.

Personally, I prefer to use 100% matching base pieces and then using the off pieces with the same colouration. The new tier set pieces have a different type of gold so if you would want to create a more "flowing" transmog you use helmet, chest, legs from the new set and then use the different tone pieces for the other slots as a sort of accessory-work. Getting some red in there to match the back could be nice as well. But, nonetheless, good work, let us know when you change it 👍
