The MC boots are pretty much made for those leggings though, which I guess may be a bit intentional given that they're MC and Firelands respectively so there's probably some crossover.

Using the sandals of leaping coals in the interim which still match the colour but I'm not sure if they look better or not.

On the other hand, running MC for the others every week sounds like a right pain in the arse.

Look at the mog at first glance, i like it. When looking at the individual pieces and the combos then it's not like i havent seen these before. Nonetheless its a solid mog. Will it win competitions? No. will it be a "sufficient"? Yes.

• : Pros: Theme, good solid them which can be seen throughout the mog.

• : The handles on the weapons do not really match. I see why you chose them (the blue effect matching with the shoulders) but i think others might work better in this mog. Plus if we want to be nit-picking I'd say that the tone on the gloves are slightly non-matching with the mog.
  +- : Maybe there is a different mask around that will slightly fit better. How does the mog look from behind?

Advice: When looking at the mog i notice that you are using daggers. You are using a goldish blue mog colouration and preferably are looking for daggers with a blueish effect. What about these?

Those are amazing but I only have the green ones :( mask wise there is nothing really better, other than the Legion order hall one, brown.
The gloves can be easily changed yeah, just didn't want to fall for the full set either with the pvp (boots/pants) set or the t9(?) Set since I already am using the shoulders and the belt. Maybe the gloves from either set works?

These daggers are like a 10% drop from kilrogg deadeye in hellfire citadel and or there are caster version of these which drop on priests, warlocks, mages, and druids i believe. So should be an easy drop

Plus i think the more golden tone of the daggers will complete the mog by matching with the more vivid gold in the shoulders.

  +- : Ress difference between items, would like to see a tiny bit more of orange somewhere, especially in the lower part of the mog.

Advice: When making a mog with a central piece that is from a "newer" expansion I recommend the following. Make a full mog with pieces with at least the same ress quality or make a full low ress mog with the central piece being high ress. At the moment when looking at the mog my eyes are immediately focussed on the sin'dorei heritage piece and the armbands while those are accessories (completing your mog). Overall solid mog tho 👍

That tabard is like one of the most overused tabards atm. That doesn't make it bad but because ive seen it so much its not going to have the "WOW" factor for me (pun intended). The combo is really nice with the matching bracers. But id try to replace the tabard.

If the tabard is the only thing that is covering the legs maybe you can use a belt that has a cloth pieces hanging down.

Time for coffee. I see that ive been tagged a couple of times let me answer those first. If people want their mog judged/rated and or want to help/advice with mogs, this is the time!

When i use that many "busy" pieces (all that bone), I normally tend to go for more simplistic daggers. When comparing the two choices you gave me, i think that option one is the best option in overal theme and colouration of the mog. The only reason why i'd go for the second option is because of what ive mentioned in the first sentence. With that many bone aspects in a mog combined with using bone daggers you can of lose sight of the daggers. Some other advice for the overall mog is: to not be afraid to sometimes use a totally different colour pallet for a piece, for instance for the weapons. This creates a focus point in a mog which creates the "pop" effect. Just a thought haven't checked it; would the bone artifact appearance be something for this mog? Still bone theme but you can play around witht he colour so make it pop. Have fun and good luck! 💪

Decent mog. Can't say it's super original and that I haven't seen it before but it's decent nonetheless. Too bad that the shoulders scale on female models while the gloves and boots dont. That would have made this mog instantly better. Not really sure about the weapons in that mog, theme wise. I might sound a bit repetitive but when using two of those noticeable weapons (especially on a female model), i'd with a more subtle mog. Is it going to win a competition? Probably not. Is it decent? Yes. Hopefully this advice is helpful, looking forward to see what you do with it! 💪

• : the metal colour of the belt doesn't match with metal in the mog.
  +- : Theme is solid but might not fit a rogue persé but thats an opinion. Need to be able to see the legs and or back view to rate/judge more.

Advice: less is more. Id strip down to gloves, boots, helmet, shoulders, tabard (and maybe legs idk, cant see them), and start from there. If you want the weapons as your central piece id suggest adding way more black into the mog. GL and have fun! 👍🏻

Artifact mogs are actually really lenient. You can unlock appearances in the order you want. It's not like you need other appearances to unlock others. The only the you need is the base weapon and thus have done the base quest

Looks good! Funnily enough you (probably unknowingly ) combined the mog i gave you from my 1 hour challenge with another mog ive posted previously. Im not so sure about the belt and the gloves combo in the mog thoto be honest. I want to appreciate the daggers but my eyes get forced to look at the belt.. personally id swap out the gloves and belt for something more in line with the brown/bronze theme of your mog.

I prefer looking at mogs in the dressing room since you can turn it around and see how different lightning affects the mog. For instance in the picture you posted the belt almost seems to have the same golden look as the legs and chest while i know it suppose to be orange. I would advise anyone to design a mog in the dressing room for that reason as well

Ok here we go: The biggest issue atm with this mog is the lack of a theme or colour pallet. Since you just switched covenant picking your new covenant as your theme adds to the "excitement" of switching covenants. So... ive decided to pick your mog for the 1 hour challenge of today. But instead of just posting a mog ill share my thoughts when making a mog for a 1 hour challenge.

@frigid spoke To play into the excitement of covenant swapping and new cosmetic being available ive decided to use the maldraxus covenant armour as the base of the mog. What do i notice when looking at those pieces; bones, yellow green poison, leathery skin. Immediately i think of the legion set with bones and WoD mog items (vicious, bones, death). After selecting the base pieces i normally go to the weapons. This time since the base pieces are such eye-catchers ive decided to pick "normal" looking weapons. That's how i decided to pick a WoD boney looking sword weapon. This weapon is pointy and curves up, so now i want a dagger that has the same shape to create a "flow" in the mog. Weapons done. Thinking back at the legion set from the beginning the choice for a chest was easily made. This is a great chest because the chest actually also adds bones to the legs. Decided to pick the darker colouration of that set to match the bones in the mog. For the gloves i wanted to use something simple and a pair that would carry over the green tint in the upper part of the mog. The leg piece of the mog was just insert matching pants this could literally be any pants that would match. BUT there is a "big" problem with dwarf models... the "beer belly".. this design of the dwarf model kind of stretches pieces out terribly in a horizontal direction.. how to counter horizontal stretching? Using a vertical belt. Thinking back to the leathery skin i wrote down i start searching for "hide" belts and decided upon the warhide belt.

Dwarf models are generally just hard to get a good mog for. That's why i decided to pick this one today. Some pieces will sadly always just look a bit off on dwarf models and that's something you can partially counter by creating a certain flow in a mog but in a way just have to accept..

Have fun and GL with the mog (and the new covenant) if you decide to change some stuff let us know the result! 👍

Advice: I can see some good potential in this mog but what im wondering is why make it hard on yourself when you can create a perfectly fine mog with multiple pieces from the same set (max 3) or same expansion. Trying hard to create a mog with all different pieces is something i admire but when using some central pieces (like the chest and weapons) i wouldn't recommend it. Personnaly i would replace the legs with BFA legs that match the chest and use a simple green BFA belt that goes with the mog. Something like below:

Before fully rating this mog. I think it's really important to start looking at the colours in your mog. This mog has two central focus points, the chest and legs. Sadly, at the moment, I don't see any of those 3 main colours coming back in your mog. If you are not using those three colours in your other slot pieces, I recommend you to use colours that are in the same colour pallet (like as if you would slide your contrast bar around). First off great to see you using the new tags ! Sadly no dressing room link but i'll do my best trying to judge/rate this picture and give advice.

• ; Looks like you've got a theme in mind with some decently matching colouration in the mog (i see it as some sort of blood berserker).

• ; The weapons. Standing out way too much at the moment, and they hardly match any colour in the mog.
  +- ; The helmet is not a personal favourite but i can see it working in this theme. The belt is currently breaking the "flow" of the mog which makes it a focus point.

Advice: When using a strong theme (bloody berserker for example) I suggest not using big central pieces (like the weapons). Why? It takes away the viewers' attention of the theme. If you are set on using the dreadblades I'd suggest finding an item that has that same yellow golden look to it and that at least 80% of the item has that look. Currently, the colouration of the mog exists of warm tones and the dreadblades don't fit. Looking at the belt i suggest you use a belt that doesn't stop the flow of the mog and shares a similar pattern to the gloves. Don't worry about bringing in more black/grey into the mog, your boots and helmet already share the same greyish tones.

BRAVO! This is a huge improvement (I hope that you notice this as well). I think that the helmet works quite well and this mog is nearing its fullest potential when you want to keep the theme and colouration. It's a good-looking mog and at this point it's tweaking till you are fully satisfied with it. If you have tried everything and still aren't satisfied, be at peace with the fact that some mogs will never be a 10 simply because you are limiting yourself by wanting to use a certain theme/item and there simply aren't enough items that match it. Anything above a 7 is a good mog and something to be proud of imo and this is starting to look like a good mog! Personally I wouldn't change much as start playing with it to see if you really like, if not, back to the drawing board.

they do not show at all on the weapons. I saw this guy, admittedly he had Thunderfury legendary and not Dreadblades, but on his they were showing really well. He told me all he did was put two normal swords in, enchant them with some illusion and then swap them for Thunderfury and the effect stays

i tried the same for Thunderfury, Hallowed Blade of the Windlord and it does not work

the guy had Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker

If he was using thunderfury, blessed blade thats not an artifact weapon that's a legendary

Thunderfury, Hallowed blade of the windlord is the artifact appearance for rogues

But if you are mixing up the names and the guy did manage to get an illusion on the artifact appearance, that's a bug and not intended. Like the dagger to sword artifact and sword to dagger artifact. To my knowledge that bug has been fixed ages ago. Remind me tomorrow and ill try it myself (since i know how to do it)

Advice; When mogging Worgen models there are a few things to take into consideration. The weird angle they stand, weapons are sometimes rescaled to fit their size, really broad shoulders.. When mogging Worgens I definitely use, less is more. Advice; Looking at your mog there is a solid theme going on in combo with some decent/good colouration. The mog has a bone-like leathery appearance and when i turn the character around I see a cape/cloak with a metal like pattern in it. I highly recommend changing that cape for something that fits the textures/shapes of your mog. Personally i like the fiery effect on the offhand but the berserking illusion stands a bit out, negatively. Less is more is good but i definitely can see a belt working in this mog. Personally I try to never have more than 2 item slots empty. Overall good mog 👍

It's really nice that we get a reward besides currency for running it ye. However, this highly depends on the drop rate tho and or conditions needed to get the drop. Farming a pair of shoulders that only drop after a 5 star run in the adamant vaults after doing "x" in a set amount of time, would be something .. 😂 . But i guess if the conditions and drop % aren't that bad, adding a daily torghast run for them won't be a big issue.

Advice; looking at the mog I see two sets of colouration, the body (chest,belt,legs,boots) and the accessories (shoulders,gloves,mask,weapons). When using two sets of colouration you need that 1 piece that links those sets together. In this case this should be your belt. Furthermore, there are not only two different sets in the fabric but also in the metal. When using pieces with a metal look, be sure to use the same tint of metal in the rest of your mog. Solid start for something good but I'd suggest replacing the belt OR replacing chest belt legs boots all together. Hope this helps! 👍

Use small boots to not add more thickness to the calves of your model and or use the boot slot to make the belt work. A WoD pvp belt would work here. Instead of covering up the chest and legs you can try to make the metal colouration work in your mog. Let us know your final mog! 👍
