In New dalaran, if you go to the small enclos that holds the violet hold legion dungeon. Facing away from the instance portal will be these two npcs on a small pedastrals on front of magic walls. One has a daily quest for a bonus roll, the other does not. The one lacking the quest gives acces to LFR difficulties

yea you can get that backpiece regardless of covenant. It’s also suuuper high drop chance, i never saw a group that didn’t drop 1 and even more dropped multiple. Took 3 tries. 🙂

The reason that I'd rather not see it made easier is because I'd like more incentive for people to do it. Unlocking all BoP skins should give a FoS that allows people to do Mage Tower again or something

Only exception I’ve heard of/seen, don’t think they’re obtainable anymore. Could be wrong.

I think the difference in the shade of green between the shoulders/gloves+boots is a bit stark
if you got different/no shoulders or a different set of gloves/boots it would blend better

You simply need a non dagger main hand, and a dagger you want to mog. Go outlaw, go mog, click artifact weapons and mog the main weapon (sword or axe)
After that you can mog your dagger too
Switch out daggers and repeat

How to mog your daggers to Outlaw swords:
Be in Outlaw spec (the effect will persist in Sub/Ass after completion)
Have "All Specializations" selected in the transmog window
Have three one-handed weapons you can wield, your two daggers and one donor weapon, henceforth known as "Real Mainhand," "Real Offhand" and "Donor Weapon" to avoid confusion.
Step 1: Equip your Real Mainhand in your main hand and your Donor Weapon in your off hand. Clear all existing transmog effects on both weapons.
Step 2: Transmog the Real Mainhand to your chosen variation of the Dreadblades.
Step 3: Switch the Donor Weapon and Real Mainhand positions so that your Donor Weapon is now in your main hand and your Real Mainhand is in your off hand.
Step 4: Select your Donor Weapon and set it to transmog as Dreadblade. The apply button will be greyed out as this combination of transmogs is invalid. This is normal and expected, and means you're on the right path up until now.
Step 5: Click your Real Mainhand, which is currently in your offhand. Then, click the revert transmog button on it. This will cause the apply button to become valid again. Apply the transmog. You should now have applied the Dreadblade transmog to your Donor Weapon, currently in your main hand. Your Real Mainhand, currently in your offhand, is now invisible. However, since you selected it while it had Dreadblades applied to it, Dreadblades is still selected in the transmog menu.
Step 6: Click Dreadblades and click apply.
Step 7: Swap your Real Mainhand back to your main hand, and your Donor Weapon back to your offhand.
Step 8: You should now be dual-wielding two Dreadblades! Your first weapon is now complete. Repeat this process again from Step 1 word for word, but replace Real Mainhand with Real Offhand. Do not forget to clear transmogs off both weapons before beginning.
Step 9: Both weapons should now be transmogrified. Equip your Real Mainhand and Real Offhand in their respective slots and enjoy!
