@rigid wharf yes, if you have multiple characters of the same armour type, the transmog can be used by all characters UNLESS there is a class restriction on it (like tier sets)

@rigid wharf kind of, in short itās complicated.
Any raid before Siege of Orgrimmar will have a unique lockout. You can only do one difficulty for that week.
Siege of Orgrimmar onward is different, you can choose between four modes by right clicking your character icon and complete the raid on each. Each mode will award slightly different colors of loot.
As for dungeons, heroic has a daily lockout, while normal has no lockout and can be reset as soon as you leave the dungeon (although you can only do 10 of any instance per hour)

@hot lake You can pick a mog to farm a few ways.
Either by scrolling through your uncollected appearances and seeing if any jump out at you, then checking what raids theyāre in.
Picking a raid where you donāt have many appearances and farming for sheer volume of mog.(I recommend getting an add on that puts a mark on the icon of armor you donāt have)
Or picking raids that drop mounts and farming the mounts/mogs at the same time
You can also farm mogs by doing some questlines
