You probably already know but just in case, if you obtain a different class' set you need to log on to a character of the class in order for it to give you the lower difficulty sets.

Also another tip, if you use something like this to buy a armor piece to complete a set, it won't give you the lower difficulty ones when you buy it because of the buyback option. Just equip it real quick.

That helm's "gold" tint is actually very close match to the Fierce Gladiator set (the chest you are using).
You probably wanna use 2-3 pieces from it to tie it well together (at least the shoulders maybe)? Also, I think the normal variant from Nathria gloves fits better than mythic with the helm and the Fierce Glad items.

Here's a mockup without and with shoulders (belt changed, so you keep it to three pieces) and different dagger suggestions:

Honestly, a lot of weapons can fit, and its gonna be mostly your preference. I was gonna list a bunch of items, but honestly, many fit (anything brown or "normal")

I will say Shipwrecker Axe (BFA) fits the mog's vibe really well.
Also, I think the cloak is a bit too bright, now that i saw it ingame

I like the idea, to have the white details, but I do think overall it looks very busy. The golds on the wings clash against the other gold elements.
While the shoulders are busy and loud, they do match your weapons. I'd definitely change your eyes at the barber, sicne the green definitely stands out too much. Good start, you just need to iron out some of the details

on my rogue with mostly max ilvl i could solo voti up to diurna

and aberrus up to magmorax
