Since I was so disappointed in the Midnight season 1 tier and my last attempt at a low fantasy set received a decent reception, I decided to put together some low fantasy sets that are available (besides backs and one set of weapons) from current expansion content so that those that want to can farm these pieces now. I wanted to go for a padded leather look so the basic recipe is as follows: the chest and leg core from the current tier built upon by Arathi-themed questing gear shoulders, gloves, and boots, and accented by backs (trading post), belts, tabards, and weapons. The sets should work without the tabards and backs and, in my opinion, the prowler and vagabond hoods go very well with these sets with some minor clipping issues. Some of the sets work a little better than others but overall I was pretty surprised at how well the current tier set and arathi questing gear matched up while providing a decent color pallete for what is, overall, a very similar armor structure. Should meet the criteria to avoid a full set though the weapons are maybe cheating a little bit in matching the arathi stuff but I wanted to keep the gear, as much as possible, available within current content.
