Re discussion about old rogue quests with coins: I just tested it, both are still available for me. Dingy iron coins in WoD and Coins of air in Legion, pickpocketing works, quest turn ins for stuff at Gaunah works too. Try again whoever that was.

Depends on the pirate type. The dandy ones I'd go Belf or shelf. Can go deadmines with a tauren. Sneaky vulpera pirate or the classic goblin pirate.
