You need the BFA artifact necklace, and then you need to do a questline in order to unlock it. Since i did it during BFA days, i can't recall what you need to do in order to unlock it.
Unlocking it isn't the hardest part, but getting another 9 players to join you and Queu with you

iirc most boots clip thru those pants, those being one of them it atleast seems; Most of the pieces you're using are leather'ish, while the helmet is hard metal, a bit darker than the rest of the brown presented on the rest of the set, making it seem out of place imo; I just don't like those gloves overall, i think they're ugly

Since not many people know and a lot of people seem to want it, this month's Trading Post arrived with additional vendors for multiple items from previous months, these vendors are located in Dornogal, a bit further away from the main TP vendor.

Sets like bloodhunter are there to buy for tendies (and as far as I know, with a discount!!) right now!

I hope this helps people that don't always check wowhead/our tmog channel unless they get pinged.

Spawn time for the scouts is about 20/30 min. The add on handynotes and handynotes_pandaria will show them on the map. Zandalari warbringer take about 1 or 1,5 hour to spawn I believe.
