For example, I stopped playing during Cataclysm and Pandaria to attend college, so I didn't have the opportunity to get the Challenge Mode transmogs. Even so, I find it amazing whenever I see one, as they are becoming increasingly rare. I feel that bit of envy for not having them, but I admire the commitment the player had back then. Nowadays, it might seem easier, but at the time, I still see it as a huge achievement.

Yeah I understand what you're saying, 100%.
Most people, once they started doing m+, after some runs they could easily do CMs if they were available, because it was not new content, just another timed dungeon.
But yeah, some players couldn't do CM due to: not having friends, not having contacts, not having the guts to try, so many reasons.

But for that reason I do believe that fomo just fucks it all up.
Instead of removing the content, keep scaling it to the new level cap

I said it before, and it's no shame whatsoever, I played from TBC to MOP in a private server, and I did the CM there, and that same year I was able to afford WoW retail and jumped in, but while private servers were on MoP eras, retail was already in WoD

I could have done WoD CM weapons, but I was too dumb and forgot it was even a thing Lol

The pandaria leather sets were class locked.
With remix, you can buy these leather sets and they won't be locked to the specific class they were years ago, meaning you can buy the monk set from the 2 raid (per example) and wear it on your rogue
