works i guess. tbf there arent that many purple items that work with this tier set. Gloves of the Nether-Stalker could work. so do Replica Shadowcraft Gloves. both are on the low ress side tho. for the boots there are even fewer pieces that go well with the tier. could use pvp s1 (non elite) but they dont really fit the theme

I feel like quel delar doesn't fit whatever you're trying to do there, the weapon color is kiiinda okay with the colors of your set but the theme of your set is way too mixed imo since shoulders + gloves = time traveling shenanigans (going to the maw) but that's my idea of that set from the SL pre order. Boots although have the same golden miss the blue, and don't blend in well into the pants. Pants aren't bad since the colors match a bunch of stuff there. Belt is ugly

Then the artifact appearence you have of the outlaw one is an "extra tint" you unlocked via other achievments. The base itself was yet to be done. Then thats it, after having the sword with you. and the campaign at chapter 4, you'll be able to farm the bindings easily

Try closing the game and reopen it

Usually that's enough to make them work.
Also if you want your dagger (in case you have a dagger offhand) to be a sword, pick the main hand weapon, and transmog it to artifact weapon instead of swords
