shoulders and gloves are unobtainable as they were season 3 and 4 elite pvp set from Legion. But Aszyra's original set this is based off of are all obtainable pieces if you scroll up and see their original.

It all depends a bit if you have done the SL campaign or not. A lot of stuff changed when DF launched so as far I know you cannot skip the opening campaign anymore for SL. If you have done that: renown = tokens that grant x level and torgast multiple level each floor. Anima = legit everything in SL. Grateful offerings = calling and anima deposit perks

So basically you pickpocket humanoids in legion (suramar is a great place for it), until you get https://www.wowhead.com/item=139781/marin-noggenfoggers-lucky-coin, then you go to the rogue class order hall, hand in the coin and you will get the option of looting.

Make sure you have unlocked the class order hall and also keep in mind the coins are unique so you can only carry around one at a time

There is also the option of looking at the mission table board and there will be a quest for marin to get a ticket. Keep in mind that if you pick that option Marin will be gone for the duration of the mission so you cannot hand in any coins

Fine, you can go to the black portal through stormwind/orgrimmar there should be an outlands portal, i dont know its current name but still

If you're alliance, go to stormwind, then go to the mage quarter, there will be a tower there, go in.
Inside, you'll have a portal room filled with portals. One of them should be named "shatrah" or something like that, that portal will take you to outlands
