It depends on how you TRANSMOG
If you choose the main weapon and go to "artifacts"(?) It will always tmog both weapons to the legion ones
If you tmog from the swords tab and then in the offhand from the daggers tab, it SHOULD work

Only certain weapons/illusions can be bugged like that but you gotta apply a weapon illusion, transmogrify it, then apply the weapon appearance to the already illusioned weapon

It changes depending on in what difficulty it dropped. It drops from antorus, the last raid of the legion expansion, and it drops off the trash mobs in the raid, so you really got to be lucky. Depending on what difficulty you drop them (LFR/normal/HC/mythic) they look different. The ones you're looking for are the mythic version, if you search in the AH, should be the ones with the highest ilevel probably (if anyone at all is selling them.
After clicking the item in the AH, check if the individual items on the list of sellers have different ilevels and preview them

So, you can't send gold to other realms via mailbox, but you CAN trade gold between different realm characters.
What does this mean?
This means that instead of paying 400k+ for that headpiece, you could have checked other servers for better prices. Once you found a cheap server, you could have asked a friend to hold the gold for the item, then you log into the other realm character, and your friend trades you the gold. By doing this, you can now buy stuff from another realm, that is probably cheaper than yours. Once the purchase is done, you can trade it to your friend, log back in to your main, receive the item.

You need specific classes to access them, but once you have the appearances unlocked any other class can use them.
