Check your auction house for the sword and how expensive it is there

this is in the new zone, a vendor in the main hub where all the quests are. You get currency to buy items from that vendor from the quest where it asks you to plant 5 seeds. You can only do it once a week per character

The items are not soulbound but ACC bound. Which means if you really want that set, you could run alts and doing the quest, and then sending the leather items via mailbox

Shoulders and belt ate wotlk items, dropped in ... ToC (raid);
Tabard is from brawlers guild, I believe it's still obtainable and the headpiece is just a green item from classic I believe.
Weapons as most know are not obtainable anymore, they were the reward for completing the assassination mage tower during legion.

Let me recheck if you can get those boots and pants.

Already explained that numerous times on here. Pretty sure to you as well. You can farm veiled argunite and hand that in at vashreen on the exodar and get 3% to get the xavius shoulders. It's repeatable and if you do the weeklies you get 3 chances for almost no work
