You'll need the lamented pieces (check the prices in your server) + languished leather (crafted by lw who already have the t3 achievment) + the vendor materials + 10 righteous orb per piece

These lamented pieces come from buying the tokens in the new vendor you get after completing the questline for naxxramas crafting

1 naxx run = 15 tokens = 5 attempts on getting the lamented pieces

I did it for around a month with 13 alts weekly

After you did the questline, bosses will award you with a currency (bind on account), 15 bosses = 15 currency items.
Then the vendor has a blue repeatable quest to turn that currency into his own currency(1:1 ratio) (for some stupid fucking reason).
Each token you buy costs 3 each, which means, per full naxx run, you can buy 5 armor tokens (you can buy whatever token you want, aka head, chest, gloves, etc).
Then you can open it and it will award a (let's say you bought 5 head tokens) head piece random, maybe it be plate, or leather or cloth, wtvr. Sometimes you get rare blue items that can actually be sold for a good price in the AH. If you don't get a headpiece, you either get a lamented headpiece (the item you actually want) or 1 phylacterweave (idk if that's the right name), the vendor item (aka you saved 2k gold because each one of these costs 2k, and you need 2.8M worth of these to get a full set.

So you can imagine the queue times

If I remember correctly, you still gain exp as a lvl 20, and if you sub, you can level up to like 25 just by logging in
