Shoulders/gloves/boots are LFR Tier (can get this from catalysting the 402 stuff from timerifts)

Dagger is Electrified blade from AV vendor
Sword is Phosphorescent Blade from slave pens
no wep enchants as icy weapon is more blue
could make any dagger and sword work with icy but so long as they matched just won't be as strong as the weapons i mentioned above

How fast you get the piece is rng if you gamble for it.
Just run Naxx on all your alts and send the scourgestones over to your main and gamba for the piece you want.

I run Venomfang (from the Zg refresh) myself. Terror Flame Dagger also works if you wanna lean into something more green for it
But a lot of things can work with it in terms of weapon + tabard combinations since the set itself is fairly neutral
