During the trial of will (click on it when you are there) you will end up at the quest called Cry of Thunder (you can complete it but its not needed). You are doing all this to get a NPC at the place you want. Once you got that NPC there, you can start collection the drops from the dungeons and the items needed (other links in the guide i posted above).

It's not rocket science; Start questing, every time you complete one you click on the next quest in order. Some questlines involve multiple quest and you can see those on the right and again click on them in order.

Hey guys, is it still possible to drop bindings of windlord? I did 4/8 stormheim campaign and after 20 runs for each dung i still cant drop any binding. I dont know if im doing something wrong or it just doesnt work.

the stormheim quest is to get the dragon to be in the right place when you can get the bindings quest

but iirc, it was locked behind artifact knowledge, so you need to have done the rogue campaign up to the point where you can read your artifact knowledge(since AK is auto-capped)

that should be the trigger for them dropping. in 7.3 they increased the drop chance so it's just a numbers game now

• How do I obtain the Thunderfury hidden artifact appearance?
  o Do the steps above (unlocking the base appearance), go to the rogue class order hall, select Stormheim from your mission table (abandon other zones if needed), quest until you meet Havi (NPC), start the quest “Havi’s test” https://www.wowhead.com/quest=38331/havis-test, quest until “Cry Thunder!” (Check the Storyline, previous link right-side). Now you are able to complete; https://www.wowhead.com/quest=43558/bindings-of-the-windlord and https://www.wowhead.com/quest=43560/audience-with-the-windlord (Click the links, get the required items, hand in). Log in and out and you will have the appearance. you can get the drops first and then quest

My guess is that you haven't unlocked the base version of the dreadblades yet. If you want to be sure you can show me your legion appearance tab and i can tell if you are good to go or not 👍
