Pretty sure the effect became a legacy effect at some point, meaning they will not trigger automatically at all but you can however just a /use command for them to proc the slowfall effect. You need to have them equipped though

Exactly what sylux said. Its pretty basic since you are using 2 sets combined. No problem taking the easy route but it will not be seen as a great mog. If you want to use that many pieces from one set try to do it like 4/2/2 or 3/2/2/1 for example

Had a look and made a mog with the shoulders. In the end, I decided to re-use a few older mogs into this one. Colour matching wise, this is probably as close as possible. Intentionally used the lighter coloured armour piece and legs to make the mog pop a bit more, otherwise it's "just" another dark mog.

Had a lil look at the deathblade models/characters. Saw loads of long and colourful swords with spiky shoulders and capes. Based on that, this is what i came up with:

This is most likely an item that is an old leftover ingame file from when the piece was introduced in WoD. The piece is part of the https://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=1991/attire-of-piety-heroic-recolor set for cloth users. Sometimes before items get fully implemented, they are implemented as white/grey items. When wowhead copies the game files, these will get copied as well.

Or it might be introduced at some point later in the future, since the latest log on this file is from; patch 9.0.1.36216 (Shadowlands)

Gave you the wrong answer but it probably has to do with blizzard implementing this item in dragonflight. Most likely a bug that will be fixed "soon". My guess is that by removing the glow from the Dragonflight pieces they accidentally also removed the glow from other pieces with similar coding.

Normal BoD isn't an issue until you get to certain mechanics that requires multiple people.

With opulence you can't go for the golems at the start as it will cause an instant reset since there's no one for the other golem.

Quite some rogues decided to play orc based on their racials. With the new stun reduction from the pvp set and the crafted item, people who were orc just because of that are now switching. Good thing of you are a transmog lover a bad thing if you are an orc transmog lover 😅
