I had a think and look as well and I sadly need to agree that there no dagger that matches the sword AND your mog. What I would do is pick a sword and dagger combo in the same colours as the metal in your gloves/with the same red as used in the mog/same orange in the metal of the helmet and orange in the belt/or something spiky like your shoulders (these are all or/or/or/or. An easy fix to recreate the green glow is the breath of yu'lon illusion (as seen below). This way you got a matching pair AND the green glow you want. If you are dead set on using that sword, you probably got to wait a bit until something new comes out.

There is one trick involving ai li skymirror to get an enchant on the base artifact model. Use one spec with weapons and an enchant and use the mirror. Switch to another spec that has the artifact weapons as a mog.

The only prereq you need is one of the base weapons from the Legion starting quest for the bindings to drop. To hand the bindings in you need to do stormheim campaign until you get the dragon at the right spot.

The colors and styles match well into an overall outfit that could easily be one set, and it’s thematic to the vibe you’re going for

Probably an 8/10 on technical execution

I personally don’t like it because I feel like black and red with spikes is super cliche for rogues, but that’s unrelated to the skills displayed making the mog

I would remove the belt and back piece, add a cape that has a similar drape effect as the handle from the axe (maybe the self-replicating tissue (mythic). Find a more "generic leather belt" that doesn't draw too much attention. But i get it if you want to keep the edginess of the back piece
