I admittedly love the shoulders from the conehead set. I think it looks pretty good, that being said, I think the shoulders and tabard are a little...-too- purple for what you're going for. And the other sword, while I get what you're going for, should maybe be a little less green. Have the green be an accent color as opposed to trying to go joker mode and have purple and green. I really think this just needs to pick one of two directions and run with it, but other than that it's really nice!

It really depends. Outlaw isn't bad if you pop a crusader enchant on one of your weapons, sub is a little rough, you're gonna choke the timer harder than the chicken after a week's abstinence, and need to evasion tank/cloak and burn the last like 10% with everything, personally I think easiest is sin, you have ample control over the fight, valks provide good recovery, you can cloak dark valk charge or a rune detonation if needed, and you just multidot with leeching poison.

hello - been trying to get the bindings of windlord (left) from dargrul - i started playing wow in late BFA so i dont have legion progression however i have the legion artifact dreadblades transmog appearance - do i need to do the legion artifact questline to get the actual dreadblade artifact weapon before the binding of windlord will even drop? Ive done the thrymjaris questline so she is there on the mountain - ive done over 70 normal dung runs and no luck yet most comments i see have people getting it in 3 to 5 runs - have i been wasting my time?

If you have completed one of the artifact questlines, so obtained one of the base artifact appearances, the bindings should drop. What I recommend is you running it on mythic since, although not confirmed, wow tends to reward players with a higher drop chance on higher difficulties. I ran my runs on mythic and it took no time at all.

thanks for the reply - someone on reddit actually helped me as well and told me to go get the actual artifact weapons first - i did that and i just got both pieces, left and right, in three heroric runs on each dung - thanks for the confirmation and help

@nova carbon wrong channel but it should be available on the map you have in the class hall. The one where you also send out missions. Otherwise you can fly to stormheim and just pick it up there. Make sure to put on trivial quest at the magnifying glass on your minimap.

That happens, nothing to worry about. It's probably because you haven't completed the stormheim quest yet and or its "just" bugging out. Either way just collect them and bring them to the dragon should do it. You can pick up the quest from the dragon if you didn't get the pop-up

Once you unlocked one of the base weapons from the respective quest, you can start unlocking appearances. So in your case since you already started unlocking, you can just do whatever you want and get the appearance. No need to equip the artifact weapon 👍🏻

But let's not be too negative. This is the first full expansion that tier sets will be back. Last patch was a try-out after we complained for ages to bring them back. They did (kind of last minute) and delivered OK results. These are, design wise, a step up from the previous ones. On the right way back it seems but we should still out our opinion about individual class based tier sets

Welp you found a loophole
It seems that 262 items dropped from Mythic 0 dungeons, when placed on the catalyst, will award the mythic transmog from the tier set. Enjoy!
Tried doing the same with a 262 item from a mythic+2 and it awarded me the LFR version, so its fair to say that 262 from M0 (that cant be upgraded with valor) works!
TAZAVESH DOESNT WORK FOR THE TRICK, LOOT ASSUMES ITS A M2, THEREFORE CAN BE UPGRADED!

Only drawbacks I see are the boots don't match perfectly and there's some disparity between the degree of detail/pixelation on each piece due to the mixing of old and new parts.

Other alternative for the boots is the original green&purple tinted boots from ulduar (same part of the set with the pants), but i feel like i needed the black boot to match the "black" from the head & shoulder. Hopefully there is better boots that can match well with the pants later in dragonflight ^^
